Nobody is exactly sure what species Cletus belongs to. Even Cletus isn't entirely sure. 
 
People assume the horns mean he's tough. He's not. The horns mostly get caught on low tree branches. About once a week he walks into a doorway because he forgets they're there.
 
He has only one tooth. He used to have two. He won't discuss what happened to the other one.
 
Cletus laughs at his own jokes before finishing them. Usually because he forgets the ending. 
 
His favorite phrase is: "Well... that could've gone considerably worse."He says this after both tiny inconveniences and major disasters. It's become something of a life philosophy.
